Born into a typical working-class family in Sandefjord, in the southern part of Norway. Started working at my father`s construction company at twelve years of age. Started my professional working life as a Physical Therapist, then the next step was working for a global management consultancy, which in turn led me into a global mobility player. Now I am an independent advisor, managing director, and shareholder.

It is clear to me that I am here to make a difference. Throughout my experiences, I have learned the value of human capacity, and I acknowledge that every individual, alone and together, is the lifeblood in any organization. I have experienced the importance of being listened too, and being seen, for the unique qualities every individual has. Furthermore, how much value can we create when we allow every individual to thrive within that space, working together with common intentions. Only then, we may create shared values.

Throughout my life in business, I have worked with strategy, execution of the strategy, restructuring organizations, and mergers & acquisitions, all aiming to create shared values. I have contributed to numerous industries, within many parts of different value chains. I have operated in major executive roles, as well as being a corporate advisor. For the last ten years, I have been focusing on restructuring companies, and preparing them for the future.

In addition, I have been rewarded with different Mentors, and I have also contributed to many Mentor roles. The impact of these unique relationships is impossible to describe, but they have certainly influenced my personal development and prosperity.
